Overseas
Visitors &
Exhibitors

The USDA has worked with our show committee
to enable overseas exhibitor's participation ...

•
A veterinarian will be available
on Sunday, April 14 to check all rabbits
The Veterinarian is requesting the following
information be present for health certificates:
**  Destination address
**  Destination contact person & phone number
**  # of animals and official ID information
(With the quick turn around, they need to have
these pieces of information ahead of time
and available at the time of inspection.)
Veterinarian fee is $25 per certificate
The veterinarian will e-mail all of the certificates
to the export document examiner in Sacramento
by Monday, April 15
•
Once the documents have been reviewed for errors
on Monday, the exhibitors can take their certificates
to the USDA office in Lakewood (Denver area)
on Tuesday, April 16 for in person endorsements
Endorsement fee is $38 per certificate; the USDA
accepts checks, money orders or credit cards

Remember ...
if you live in an area that requires
an import permit to get your animals home,
you will need to get this lined up
The certification statements from your import permit
are needed for the health certificates
If your country requires lab tests, you will need
to complete all tests prior to endorsement
