- Any local, state or regional Dwarf Specialty Club, whose organization is in accord with that of the ANDRC, may affiliate by application, payment of affiliation fee, and approval.
- The club's list of officers and a copy of the club's constitution and bylaws must accompany the application.
- All officers and directors must be members of the ANDRC.
- Any changes in officers during the year must be reported to the ANDRC Secretary/Treasurer.
- All affiliation certificates expire on December 31st and must be renewed prior to March 1st of the new year.
- No specialty club may use the word "American" in its official title.
- A listing of ANDRC affiliated clubs will appear in the Dwarf Digest and on ANDRC.com.
