Tear Down of coops will start immediately after the Sunday Shows end.

OSNDRC  Silent  Auction
• This Silent Auction is a new addition this year
•  Proceeds go to providing FREE Banquet Tickets for ANDRC Youth members
•  Bidding will take place and be finalized in the showroom  
OSNDRC  Select  Raffle  for  Show  Helpers  

•  The OSNDRC Committee needs and appreciates YOUR help to run this show
•  Tickets for this Select Raffle are only given to those helping with the show
•  The OSNDRC Committee will be handing out tickets throughout the day
• Tickets can then be filled out and placed in the item you hope to win
•  You don't need to help the entire day, if you are unable to
•  Even a couple hours of help would be greatly appreciated

ANDRC  Silent  Auction

•  This Silent Auction occurs twice a year — at Nationals and Conventions
•  Bidding will take place in the showroom with continued bidding on
some selected items being completed at our Awards Banquet
•  Proceeds go toward funding ongoing annual club expenditures 
•  There's often friendly competition to see who or which group
can garner the highest bid for their donation
•  Baskets and/or carriers containing items representing your
State or Region are popular and appreciated
•  ANDRC Auction Chair Laura Bruce handles this auction
